Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

Because my physical products are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer preference. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I will happily replace it or issue a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo showing the issue

If approved, I will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Physical Items

I do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Items ordered in error
